As Portfolio Director, Chris has responsibility for setting and executing the business plan for Pioneer Group’s real estate portfolio, working closely with our capital partners and asset management teams. Chris has a deep understanding of the science and technology market, a knowledge base Chris developed at JLL where he led the UK Life Science business for four years, having co-formed the client offering in 2018. His clients included public health bodies, academic and research institutions, local authorities, and a diverse set of private sector clients covering private equity and institutional capital. In addition, he worked closely with all aspect of the occupier business, ranging from start up, scale up and larger corporate businesses. This combination of expertise from company creation and growth, capital relationships and industry stakeholders is directly aligned to Pioneer Group’s vertically integrated offer of venture building, venture capital and real estate.
