Claudia Tschunko is Head of Architecture for Arup Architecture UKIMEA. With over two decades of experience, she leads multidisciplinary architectural teams working across science and industry, as well as workplace design.
Her work focuses on shaping complex research campuses, innovation districts and high-performing built environments, spanning both new build and retrofit. Claudia has led projects and advisory work for clients including AstraZeneca, DEFRA/APHA and the Max Planck Institute, and is particularly interested in how thoughtful design can support collaboration, discovery and long-term adaptability.
