As Head of Asset Management, Strategy and Research, Kevin works with the RLAM Property team to shape the strategic initiatives for the continued growth of our funds and to drive our strategy including life sciences and innovation space. Prior to joining RLAM, Kevin spent 15 years at CBRE initially as head of London and South East Office Research and then head of UK Commercial Research. In his last four years, he was head of Client Strategy and Strategic Projects. He led on CBRE’s UK life sciences transactional business, advising clients on leasing and investment strategies. Kevin was on CBRE’s UK strategy board advising on future geographic and thematic growth priorities. He was also a member of the UK Geographies leadership group.
